Return of Reckoning

Hello! My game has crashed during the battleground and now, when I log in, it crashes right after the line "Login complete" pops on the small screen in the game itself. How do I fix the problem?

Restart launcher and try again.

Did that lots of times, still the same crash at the same moment sadly.

Restarting your internet/pc maybe, if not try creating a new account and see if it works.

Alright, the new account works, but would it be possible to make this one (old one) working somehow?

So is there no way to make this account work? Did I get banned for something maybe?

whats the char name you try to log in?

I was playing in a scenario then the game crashed when it finished and now the game crashes on the "Login Complete" line, so I can't even get to char selection, the game dies just before that, it just closes and doesn't give me any error messages. The last character I was playing on is called Von (KoTBS lvl 40).

Is there no way to fix my account? Perhaps reset it or something? I've been playing for quite a while and I wouldn't like to lose it all
