Return of Reckoning

I made a Dark Elf relatively recently and did some progress in the Chaos starting zone, but when I used the book of binding, it seems the changer of ways whisked me away to the Elves vs Dark Elves area.

This is fine imo, but I want to know if this zone works properly or if I should try and find a way back to the Empire vs Chaos zone.

Aside from PQs- which are broken anyways- they both work. Only difference is that one has fewer people questing than the other.

PQ's didn't work last time I checked, sad because there are a couple great ones around there.

They sort of work. The majority of quests complete. You dont get the storyline quest dialogue though and most pqs stage 1 mob counters dont work.
