Wanting to return, just a simple question or 2

So my buddy and I were looking to load up RoR... my simple questions are... what is the state of T4, and I know the T4 PQs are not working atm.. but are all lower tier PQs not working or just T4?

Heya, T4 is somewhat solid right now. Changes regarding oRvR and what not will happen in the future. Sets available now are Annihilator and Mercenary from oRvR and SCs, Ruin from some PQs. Max lvl is 40 and RR 40 (RR rank will change in the near future which means other sets will be available too).
We have T4 epic quests working smoothly. Sadly some of the T4 PQs get bugged, but there is always some that work right.
