Return of Reckoning

Hi I've been looking through addons a lot and tend to make my own UI instead of installing a complete UI addonpack.
I've been searching through the addonlists and can't find out what addon that makes buffs appear like this: http://imgur.com/fHtSp6L


I'd also want to know if the "Disarm now" thing on the screen that appears when you can use your disarm as a WE is just a part of WSCT? http://imgur.com/qLqaKJ3

looks like "Wikkis Cooldown Bar" and "Aura"

No it's not "Wikkis Cooldown Bar" as it's buffs, not cooldowns. So I'm still looking for what that addon is.

Seems to be it yeah. Tried downloading it from the onedrive and Idrinth's tools but both seem to be in russian. Is there any place to find one in English?

is your client set to russian by any chance? I use my dufftimer as well and so far it's been in english for me.
