Return of Reckoning

I dont ask anything, but only 2 little fixes:
- Sever Blessing - to be undefendable.
- Inquisitors Fury tactic procs - to be not a Blessings at least.

1) Proof required for Sever Blessing being undefendable.
2) That's a balance change and has no hope of happening.
3) If this is a 1on1-based topic, please desist.

What I know Sever Blessing is not supposed to be undefendable, so I dont think you need to tweek it.

1. Well, i cannot proof it with video or anything else, but on live Sever Blessing removed IF procs, this makes me raged so many times.
2. Okay.
3. It is 1on1-based topic, about 1on1-based abilities, in 1on1-based mastery trees of 1on1 based classes, they are still exist. And I desist.

Sever blessing for both we and wh were undefendable on live but there prob is no real way of proving that.

Just use Agile Escape to counter that in a 1on1/Duell

This does seem to be some what to be a WE on WH solo gripe. From what I remember sever was undefendable on live so if that gets changed its no big deal for me at lest. But if a wh has his blessings covered then hard lines mate there are ways to deal with it.
