Please fix terrible embrace

So here we are at lv40 and I had the displeasure to discover that terrible embrace is a totally unreliable action at best. Why? Because it is considered a spell and thus can be disrupted. It makes no sense on a melee class.
Fetch is on the physical school and can be parried/blocked, TE is on the magic school and can be disrupted blocked. Why is it so bad then?
-strengh reduces the chance to parry of the ennemy , wl runs with a lot of str. The parry reduction would be different wether it uses the master or the pet's str (make it use the pet str I beg you). However it is intelligence that reduces the chance to disrupt and marauder has 74 int at 40/40 which means the ennemy retains his full disrupt potential.
-disrupt is much more common than parry. Only slayers and dps tanks have a high parry stats, lets put def tanks out of this because if your are trying to TE/pull a tank you are obviously doing it wrong. But almost EVERY dps is running with deft defender lv3 simply because it protects form ranged attacks and spells (and TE). The disrupt rate is further enhanced by willpower and willpower buffs, and the worst part of all: by hold the line. Hold the line increases dodge and disrupt by an other 15%. It doesn't protect against fetch but totally helps against TE making it impossible to pull dat squishy in the front line because he is near his tank.
-You can't parry attacks from your back but you can disrupt them. Yes that's right if the pet is behind his target, fetch will work 100% of the time, nothing comparable for marauder, you get disrupted, period.
-Fetch has a much better implementation but is less usefull for the wl than TE is for the mara thanks to pounce (who needs to pull when there is pouce lol).
This was supposed to be THE destruction unique stuff, changing the meta for the best. Everything was lies and illusions. TE is miles and miles away from the usefullness and reliability of order unique stuff on dps classes like eye shot, crit aura, pounce, bugman finest etc etc.
