Return of Reckoning

Hi, new to the server wondering if one particular side needs more love than the other in NA times. Also, are any particular roles lacking on each side (ranged, tank, healer, melee)? How is the balance? Is one class rarely seen?

my feeling is that destru side DONT need more ranged players atm ;D
we need frontline dps , and i think healer are everytime welcome
