In game login error

Hey there,
I have been playing for a while now and rarely encountered any kind of bug.However I have recently been experiancing an authentification/login timeout when i start the game.Basically I launch the ROR launcher and click on connect,until there,no problems.The issue is that once the loading is complete,the connecting to server message pops up and that screen stays blank;I can't select any caracters or server to play on.After 30 seconds or so,my game crashes and I get the Login error message.
I'd appreciate if anyone could help me out on this one.
