Return of Reckoning

Some guildies and I ran all the epic quests on Sunday night after the t4 release in the morning and completed them. Being an RP seeing the that all the items had underwhelming procs on them for healers, I decided to leave them in my quest log in hopes things might change or until I could give them a better look. I log in 10 minutes ago and it appears that my "Unmasking the Enemy" has disappeared from my quest log. Assuming the GM's can't/won't set me to complete, I went back to start it over. It appears the quest giver no longer offers the quest now. I followed the epic quest trail to see if maybe someone down the line can give it to me but no one along the quest line offers it. Is it possible to set it back to complete or at the very least allow me to start the quest over? Thanks in advance.

I went in the Quest to that two Elfes sitting on Horses.
The First one I need to talk to as he completed my quest. Then he told me something about an suspicios Elf Shadowwarrior.
And after the Completion Window, nothing.
No Follow up Quest, no entry in the Tome, no possebility to ask the original Quest giver for another try.
I'm a very sad Engineer without a 2hand Spanner now.

Is this where we put in to get this fixed for our toons? or so we contact a gm in game? Very confused as to who to contact in fear they will rage at me and tell me this isn't the right place for this issue.

I had something like this with Battle for Remembrance last night. Handed in the final stage of the quest and equipped imo the best looking staff in the game right now seconds before the server went down.

No staff and no quest when I logged back in.

Welcome to the alpha. You guys test things, we try to fix them. As there's going to be lots and lots of people testing, chances are the GM team is going to focus on their job of keeping the uncouth in line, Devs are busy at work fixing up RvR and building the game systems, and the DB team is grinding through the literal million DB objects to bring this back to one working piece. We don't have a customer support team, we're doing our best. You can expect no refunds on missing gear, no reset quests or influence, and no lost and found gold bags and AH mail.

Anything outside of that would be an exception for sure. It's not that we don't care about you guys, just most of the time, well time is an issue. Or systems aren't in place for us to check out what really happened. The Bugtracker, patience, and a ragingly unhealthy desire to play the game over and over again will keep you going when faced with this adversity. Sorry for your loss, but that's gonna happen. Probably.

I tried to pick it up yesterday and wasn't able to.
