попробуй убрать только чтение атрибут с папки игры. Попробуй запуск рор лаунчера от имени администратора

Да все уже перепробывал ничего не работает

Вообще поройся в этой ветке. Тут есть тема где-то с подобными проблемами.

Once you've done that, the error message will make sense, and you can move on to playing the game. You can also take the message, read it, and try to find where the words from that message match up in the stickied thread to find the solutions.
