any info on the t1 lair?

Hi, I keep hearing about a t1 lair for cool looking stuff and good drops. What level is this and where is it? Any info please!

the t1 lairs are located in each of the RVR lakes in t1, ekrund, blighted isle and norsca, they are level 11-12 hero mobs and drop items mainly used for cosmetic appearence, since they share the look of some t4 items.
