1 character crashes immediately.

My archmage, Shux, crashed the other night while using the guild bank and I still cannot login to that character (all other characters still work). As soon as I click play, it says loading interface, then Altdorf and crashes. I never see the character, terrain, etc. But again, this is only 1 of my 9 characters that is impacted.
I have tried to talk to in game GM support and have done a few things (tried /stuck twice while loading, getting kicked from the guild, waiting 24 hours, etc). Can some GM/Dev please look at my character Shux? All of my other characters are working fine.
