hey guys any know where the talisman train in chaos city is ? og founded a hedge wizard south east of stairs in Apex, but cant open dialog with him... any who can helP ?

You only have to right-click a trainer to learn the profession, there is no dialogue.
If you've accidentally right-clicked another profession trainer, you can respec with /s .respec Crafting for crafting professions (talisman making and apothecary), and /s .respec Gathering for gathering ones (all the other ones).

okay so i just right click that hedge wizard and then gain talisman making ? cuss i cant find that trainer where it stand beneath the name

Hedge Wizard is the Talisman Making trainer, yep.

okay, should i restart game ?? im standing and right clicking him,, nothing happens.. no skills on general.. i typed .respec and lost apoc and salvager, i still salvager in my hotbar thoe, and can press it... but skill is lost in general.. so im a bugged ? because nothing happens when presing Hedge wizard ? thx

Maybe share your solution with other poor fellows like myself ? Pretty please !

You no longer have to visit your trainer every 25 or 50 points to continue gaining points, all you have to do is visit hedge wizard once to gain the talisman making skill and you don't have to visit again ever. Use fragments closer to your talimaking level to have best chance to raise your skill level, good luck
