I tend to pick the least played role and I was curious to your thoughts on what that might be?

Anything Greenskin. Squig herder. Need more of those little gits.

If you are playing order side, Order can use some more tanks. (Iron breakers, Knights of the Blazing Sun, Swordmasters) Or healers.

That's for role. As for classes, what the guys above stated. Engineer for order, destro for magus are the least played classes atm.

Order needs real tanks, not dps tanks. After that can never have too many healers. Melee damage is rarer. Ranged damage, we have a lot.

Destruction, I do not play so I can't say for their needs. I can tell you what I see when I fight them. They have tons of tanks and melee. I'd say they need healers, and ranged damage.

Of course, I always suggest that you should play a class or role that you enjoy. That's what you are going to be the best at.

Order lack tanks and has plenty of ranged dps.
Destro seems to be the opposite.
