RVR zones

Noticed such a thing, going to the location (Nordland and Talabec) without stepping into the RVR zone starts the countdown to participate in RVR. Respectively if I'm wearing equipment that exceeds allowable at a given location, I get the message that I'm too strong for this area and will be rewarded for cowardice.
