Contrast issues

I'm having contrast issues with the game, every landscape I enter looks like it's covered in snow. I'v already tried adjusting the gamma and brightness, it doesn't help. I don't have this issue with any of the other games I play on the same computer. I was wondering if anyone knew how to adjust color and contrast in this game?

If the terrain isn't rendering properly, it's either Graphics card issues (but you say it's fine in other games) or corrupt texture files inside the game folder. Usually re-downloading the game will fix this.

providing a screenshot could be helpful as well. maybe its something else
