This Programme can't start because d3dx9_34.dll is missing

Hello everyone, this is my SECOND time trying to download/ run the game now and have had the exact same error when using the launcher and trying to 'connect'. Can someone please help me because I am clueless as to what is going on.. What does this mean and what can I do?

Oh I have just saw that post saying "read this or ill beat you up" or something and found a possible solution in there.. I will try that first, sorry I did not do that first

Oh.. I should have indeed looked at the "I will find you and kill you" post first.. I have downloaded the missing file as suggested and it worked! Thank you! Now I am ready to reclaim lost memories!!! SOOO EXCITEDD!!!!
