My game crashed and my characters are all level 1. HELP!

Hey, I saw message how You got "permanently banned from server". But there was not wrote from why reason. Yes in guild roster your characters are now on 1st lvl.

Sounds like you were account wiped. A GM should post the action log.

All of your characters were wiped to 1/1, because you were caught botting.
