Return of Reckoning

So after the most recent update, I've been getting a lot of lag, the one you would expierence after the server is upa a log time (mostly terrible rubberbanding). Not getting any lag in other online games, mostly CS:GO and Project Zomboid.

Anyone know a solution?

FIXED: Unistalling AMD Quick Stream seemed to fix all issues
