What are the highest level containers currently in game for talisman making and how do you get them???

100 from keep bags or 50 from guild hall vendors

I've a suggestion.
Our wonderful Devs make up a batch of the higher level talisman/potion containers and put them out on the auction for the players to buy. Since there's no other way to get them, so far...
It would suck out the exessive gold and bring in the more interesting items.

Maybe they will be available once t4 is up?

There are several stages to guild vendor stock. Next upgrade would be available at rank 21

You could buy them until the most recent update where they adjust the goods that vendors sell according to GR.

so where do u dropping there 150lv containers ?

Also get level 100 from higher level t3 PQ bags.
