Return of Reckoning

So I'm new to the server and I really like it that you made this private server I missed the old game, but I have a problem so I followed all the steps installed DirectX The Gameclient and the launcher and put the launcher into the Gameclient so I did that all and I typed in my Login Data and I got this Error ;

Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Toegang tot het pad C:\Users\Briek van den Born\Desktop\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe is geweigerd.

The first line says like acces was denied to the folder I think that is the problem but IDK how to fix this can you guys help me please?
