Return of Reckoning

Both a friend and myself seem to be experiencing an issue where when we log on out lvl 28 characters we can play for roughly 3 minutes before all NPC's disappear and then we DC. When log on my lvl 35 Chosen I don't seem to have a problem but all my other characters (sub 35) seem to have an issue. Is this an issue on our end or some sort of issue on the server behalf.

Any help would be appreciated if it can be fixed on our behalf. Thanks in advance
