PQ Immersion text

Howdy!
So, this is not really an important issue, but i remember back in the day when this game was still running, that whenever you completed or failed a stage of a PQ, a small message would appear in the chat window, explaining what just happened in-universe.
An example would be when you killed Argog the Unstoppable in The raven Host Vanguard (Tier 1 PQ), it would say something like:
"The militia of Nordland has done the impossible. The chaos giant is slain! Their morale surges with this victory!"
However this doesn't appear to me. Is there a way i can turn it on, or has it just been removed? I always enjoyed reading those small story snippets.
