can i play with this duo without lagging in ORvR

the combo is good for playing ror, no combo in the world will prevent you from lagging in orvr now and then though

Sure as hell you won't stand a chance against my Intel Graphics.
Human eye can't see more than 15 fps.

but it sure does make lag and frame frops less likely.

You can at least try, but even monster pc won't give you avoidance of RoR ORvR fps drops.

Yeah, you will get frame drops, but it needs much more ppl then it does on a low end pc.
