Why this problem?

When I launch the RoRLauncher.exe a problem give up. It say this message
"Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Acceso denegado a la ruta de acceso 'C:\Games\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe'.
