War RoR requirements for *optimal* experience

Hi all,
My apologies if this post is in the wrong spot.
I'm getting a new laptop for college and won't be able to bring my desktop PC with me. I need a little help deciding on what to purchase. I realize this game is fairly old and would not have high requirements, but I would still like to get a laptop with which I can have an enjoyable War RoR experience with ( not two concerned about other games ).
I've narrowed it down to these two:
http://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-A8-6410-In ... c1f8d1483c
or the
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834315302
These two seemed to have the "most value for the price," however the Acer with the Nvidia is twice as expensive.
Thoughts? Recommendations? Thanks in advance.

warhammer online / RoR, have 8 years is a old graphic engine but not very well optimized, i prefer the Acer, have a better gpu and a better cpu than the A8.

If you plan on gaming then go MSI or Alien. If not then stick with the ACER,

Go with strongest CPU and fastest ram that you can get, after that best cooling. In terms of WAR, GPU doesn't matter that much if you have comparable cards.

i agree war tend to be more cpu based than gpu.
With any 2gb gpu by 4'0-50 euro you are fine for warhammer

As best as I can tell, the
recommended specs for Warhammer Online included either a GeForce FX 5900 Ultra, or a Radeon 9550.
The integrated graphics chip in the A8-6410 processor ranks
several steps above these. So even the cheap Lenovo
should work for RoR.
Were I in your shoes though, I would strongly consider the Acer. It's more expensive for the moment, but it comes with a better processor and a discrete graphics option, which will let you do far more than just play WAR. Moreover, it comes with a 1920x1080 screen, which should be mandatory in the Year-of-Our-Lord Two Thousand and Sixteen.
If the extra ~300 is going to hurt, by all means choose the Lenovo. But if you can spare it, spare it.

Get acer but in a version without the gpu (that 940M is crap, check the stats), dedicated gpus are waste of money in laptops and there is no such thing as "gaming laptop" anyways, so the only function gpu meets in that case is increased power consumption and price.
With the integrated graphics that acer has you will run WAR! on highest details, so no worry about that. You will also be able to play some good titles without problems, like Civ5. Also keep in mind that's "U" series CPU meaning main concern for it was power saving- if you check specifications its power consumption is at 15W, which translates to longer battery live.
If your main focus on laptop is playing video games I would rather invest in that desktop you leave behind. Other than that I would get acer without the gpu. Also HD resolution is nice but on 15,6" screen you will lower it faster than you think. HD resolution on such small display is a pain and will exhaust your eyes, perfect thought if you are into graphics design, but then I would look for something completely different.
