Return of Reckoning

I was wondering if we could see the Collector's Edition in game content like the twelve character heads (with male and female versions)or the twelve additional quests in the Tome of Knowledge, each offering an exciting reward, as well as an unique character title if anyone remembers them, would that even be possible to implement?, would be nice to see the unique character heads again.

I do feel nekid without my Mark of Khaine on my DoK

thats the Blood Hand print on the face. Had a group that I ran with now and then that were only Dark Elf's with the Mark of Khaine, and it was glorious.

Ehe, what about pve sets of jewellery? there were two rings in TM for parry bonus and many more sets, are they coming back?
