For me, all tome of knowledge quest which consist to kill x ennemies or find x objects are not implemented yet.

I had test some of these quests:
Troll country:
stomach cramps, killing x blue salamanders then talk to the Collector chapter6
=> no advanced tactic

Doubtful Mode, Drop 1 ornamented bone cannibal bone size and then use: Title "The Bold"
=> No title

Saphery:
Talk to Goldgrund and drop 10 teeth on dogs; then talk to him again: Bijou "black toof" the set of ratiches Waaagh.
=> I can't have the bijou

Good that you have collected these bugs.
But the correct way would be to make a bug for each of them on the bugtracker.

I have also find some and will them also post there.

As I have worked quite some time in user support:

"Without a ticket, I don't begin to think."

So it is bug.
I have already done some tickets, but I have the think that perhaps it is not impleted yet.
So if it is not implemented, it is not a bug and tickets are not necessary

You are correct, it's not a bug, these tome unlocks haven't been implemented yet.

So what to do then?

Yes, you can file a ticket on the tracker for each tome unlock that isn't implemented yet. One ticket per unlock would be best.
