Data.myp Stop using application?

Data.myp:
System.Exception: You need to stop application currently using the following file: data.myp
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.WriteFileToArchive(FileInArchive archFile, MemoryStream MS)
at MYPHandler.MYPHandler.ReplaceFile(FileInArchive archFile, FileStream newFile)
at RoRLauncher.Client.UpdateWarData()


I get this error message upon connecting. i have done the cmd steps in the read first topic restarted my router and unchecked warpatch as read only. the game does come up but on the login screen with the cinematics options etc. the login box is just black no text to indicate it is logging in.

Make sure data.myp and war.exe aren't set to read only.

Yea that worked. I only changed warpatch.exe to read only after switching data.myp it worked.
