It is my opinion self punt should be disabled when the user is caught within a morale root. To me this change just makes sense you are rooted therefore you cannot move.

This is already the case.

Slow goes off but the punt doesn't. Live since weeks. All roots btw. not just morale ones.

hmm I'm sure I've seen some do it today, guess the abilities must of fired simultaneously.
