Guild

OK so I have a guild called Ironsmashers and when I try to make a event on the Calendar for everyone it does not work and it goes back to the button where is says NEW every time... Is this a bug or I am doing this wrong? Also Alliance is not working one guild sent me a invite and I accepted it and nothing happened I am new to all this guild stuff I have 50 members and I dont know why stuff are not working help????
