There is no need to break snare with root breaker prior to charge. Charge itself removes snare.
[Apparently writing things like this, out of memory, during very boring lecture leads to mistakes. Disregard the above.]

Also ap pot + flee is not rDPS exclusive so melle can use it as well to maintain the range.
