Name thief

Good evening ladies and gentelmen. I am looking for a player who i discovered to my and realms misfortune, an 
impostor who uses my character name/s! This vile and distrustful sycophant brings shame to us and our gods! In the wake under the eyes of all living and dead, the Emperor and the Chaos Undivided, i ask a decree and pledge half of my soul to the answering deity. Punish this less-than-half of a man, let his toons die, let him taste only bitter ash,blood and fieces.
Is there a way to make him rename his character? I do not know why this news bothers me, especially when sadly i do not have time to play the game atm. I would say i don't care, but that would make me a liar. The fact i post this, i atleast give half a f**k... or do i?
