If you have any healcrit % from renown. Upon using the toggle this does not become magical crit chance. Only the crit chance from items itself switches over. If this intended then I understand my confusion. If it isn't, it would explain me not being able to land this heal debuff very often

It is intended, the tooltip specifically says it only converts stats from items.

If it was at all able to only be for magic crit.... I think it would very not OP, and also make some good use of their healdebuff. In my trials... I am finding this very very difficult to make the toggle useful, but I will trek on!
