Where is Riksson? [closed]

hi,
as the title suggests, im looking for Ironguard Riksson in the Orc epic chain quest chain "Will of the Warboss". I have killed every single mob in the Public quest area where he is supposed to be exept the 24++ hero Mob. Has anyone successfully killed the hero even though the name is wrong? and did you complete the quest through killing him?
