I found something similar but it's only 3 seconds.
Is it a bug ?
Or the wonder of a phenomenal balance ?

Can someone answer me ?

In one of the later patches, 1.4.7 I believe, the KotBS and Chosen staggers were reduced in duration from 9s to 3s.
