Seen 3 peeps with rank 35/40 running arround t2 RvR zones.

No, they can't.

Enter a lower tier RvR lake. If you meet the conditions for debolster, you'll receive the Bolster buff. If you don't, a message will be displayed informing you of how you're violating the conditions.

So, to recieave a debolster in T1, I'll have to reset all masteries and stuff? Or I can only go to T2?

its hilarious as hell that people never read patch notes in t1 im getting so many isults thrown at me as a fithy cheater/exploiter/scrub who needs to go back to his tier etc

So people still get 3 tactics and all their AoE abilities in T1? Well played

Now the loosing side will not xrealm, they will go show their power in noob zone lol

no, tactics, skills and gears are limited based on the level of the lower tier. On paper the only advantage is that you got gear at each slot while, esp at t1, most chars run without helm/shoulders. Other than that should be ok

Why no talis? people in T1 can have talismans in their gear and quite often do
