Return of Reckoning

So I'm running full parry in RR and aiming for duelist gear. Got ~24% atm (only got shoulders and gloves). Since I'm running the Riposte tactic I want a lot of parry. And I've heard that some choppaz got around 40 parry. How can I reach that?

there are soo many other better tactics you can be running right no like stab you godder, flanking, hell even da biggest or jagged edge

2 of your tactic slots are already tied up with brute force and Dont wanna live for eva

why would you waste a slot for riposte the damage dosnt scale with rage like it did on live and futhermore the damage that you return is basically the equivalent of 1 auto attack

Uneffective against Rdps.

well ofc, then again when has choppa ever been "effective" vs rdps

but atleast having a high parry chance makes it easier to proc reactionary

Then what tactics should I run? I'm on Riposte (?), Str+WS Buff + Tou Debuff, and Wounds buff.
