Stab You Gooder

This tactic really triggers my autism, it's touted as one of the best things orks have access too yet it is literally a copy paste of the MDPS version but cut in half to 25% crit damage.
What exactly makes this balanced/OK and if that's the case why are the 50% tactics balanced?
The BO/Ch aren't getting anything extra out of the increased crit damage multiplier compared to the other classes who are getting 50%, yet it still costs the same but they are getting it at half effectiveness.

Beeing a core racial tactic as opposed to having to invest points to get it could be an argument.

you say that and ive wondered the same however i feel that someone with order bias will come in and say but muh SM and SL, considering the 3-4k crits weve seen dps bos put out late game and the already strong dmg output of choppas perhaps thats why they did it at only 25%
so i wont look a gift horse in the mouth

Well I wish I had it too. I bet other tanks would like that too.
Main question is if our devs will later on look into some of the useless and bad design decisions that made into the game.
For example nearly third of the things you unlock in Chosens DPS tree is useless, Feed on Weary, Relentless, Dreadful Terror (which mightve been semi useful if the ammount of AP's was a bit higher), Morale unlockable has no DPS in it... and its a goddamn final thing you unlock in the DPS tree ffs.
Main spammable tied to it is based on physical dmg which as a Chosen you just don't do apart from AA (you don't spec for weapon skill, you dont have armor debuffs or way to go through it, nothing to support physical dmg apart from STR and Toughness aura)

If you look at the Slayer now: he has a crit tac, which increases by 10% per missing 10% of its HP. Sounds good right? In praxis you are pretty much topped on your HP though, or so low that you dont want to remain in the crossfire of your enemies and need to pull back. Also this tactic is just available at 7 points in a tree. Comparing that to a flat 25% crit increase at all stages for the Choppa it is actually quite lackluster.
Also do those classes not really 'deserve' a flat 50% crit dmg tac, since they would completely blow people up when their tachometer hits the red area paired with such a tac..
Now we look at the BO. What do we see? Literally the only tank that even has a crit dmg tactic available. I see absolutely no point to complain tbh

By that logic mastery tactics > core tactics (I would not differentiate between racial core and class core)
Which certainly is not the case for most classes I play
On the other hand, I don't know if Choppa needs a 50% CD increase

doesn't stab you gooder work unfavorably with the Choppa mechanic? I remember reading something like that
