SH skill base dmg changes?

Its too long since I have played SH on live(pre rr 100 expansion) so my knowledge of class is limited, but watching on http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=sh; base sklil dmg numbers and they dont correspond to numbers what we have here in RoR. Was those dmg numbers changed in later patches?

Trying to compare numbers with naked SH lvl 35 without any tactic sloted,no renowns spent same as no mastery points spent.

Examples:

Plink: builder - 320 dmg, RoR - 288 dmg
Shrapnel Arrer: builder - 467 dmg, RoR - 127 dmg ( ? )
Poison Arrer: builder - 533 dmg, RoR - 481 dmg
Finish em off: builder - 1075/622 dmg, RoR - 510/239 dmg ( ? )
Behind Ya: builder - 291, RoR - 262 dmg ( should be heavily modified in future ) - SW mirror 636 dmg + crit modifier
Yer Bleeding: builder - 675dmg/15sec, RoR 607dmg/15sec
Rotten arrer: builder - 462dmg/9sec, RoR 417dmg/9sec
Run and shoot: builder - 162 dmg, RoR 150 dmg
Not so fast/stop running: builder 191 dmg, RoR - 172 dmg

As You can see most of dmg numbers are correct to current lvl 35 cap vs lvl 40 dmg numbers on warbuilder, but some are heavily modified (lowered)

Can anyone look at SW and check if builder numbers are correct for SW or are some dmg numbers different to builder which means A) there were some dmg numbers changes in later patches B) numbers are wrong on builder from begining C) they are not implemented right on RoR.

Well not everything on the internet is correct.

The damage in game has been retrieved from the game client (1.4.8) ;)

Since most of builder dmg numbers for other classes are correct,I was curious why I get different results on this 2 SH skills.

Guess you've found an error in the builder and should report it to the creator

Those are no stat/wdps tool tips for ability ranks 1-40 (1 = first row or the "lowest" one) from the client (1.4.8)
