What exactly is a "stat"? Just those 8 stats in character profile page?
So +crit% stacks without limit?

There are something like 90 different stats. Anything that can be buffed or debuffed is a stat. Morale regen, AP / second, HP every 4 seconds, parry strikethrough, disrupt, melee crit, etc.

So... ib +10% crit does not stack with kotbs +10%? Just to be sure.

If they are both coming from active abilities, then no, they should not. However if one comes from a tactic and the other comes from an ability, they will stack.

Another point of confusion: something that buffs melee critical chance specifically is different than an ability which buffs ALL critical chances.

The RP/Zeal armor proc tactic didn't stack with potions, skills or morals. Tactics were not stacking in general.

Since Kotbs is tactic and IB is a skill they stack

What about 2 rp/zealot +25% healing buffs? Theyre both tactics, so should they stack?

You're talking about Blessing of Grungni? Two of those would not stack, as both tactics are casting a buff on the same target.

Waat about

Crippling Strikes + Challange?
Blast Wave + Hastened Doom?
Da Biggest Weaponskill + No Choppin Me? (I know this one doesn't stack, but Da Biggest allready feeding weaponskill to group makes thi tactic kinda pointless without it double stacking)
