Can't choose Order

Got a friend who just downloaded with me with intentions to play Order together. I can play just fine but for some reason the Order faction doesn't load for him in character creation. No spinning red signs, just blank. But he can make Destruc just fine.

Because the game is trying to keep you from making a bad choice. Feel the power of the dark side darkx2x. With that name...WTF are doing trying to roll Order anyway? LOL

Has he installed the right client?

When you
didn't press decline you can
only create characters on one realm.

This MIGHT be related to the fact that Nordland zone is unavailable.
I suggest waiting for Nordland to work again and see if you can create an order char.
