No booster in rvr

Hello i am lvl 21 and when i join RVR i get no booster to a higher lvl...i am still 21. I saw guys with the same prob. Hope it will be fixed because i saw somechars with the same problem.

Is this as level 21 in ORvR of Tier 2? Or Tier 3? If it's Tier 3, then you're too low level. You need to be level 27 to get bolster in Tier 3 now.

Actual t3 bolster starts with 22, if I recall correctly, and with 12 in t2.

Didn't they change it with the new tier caps?
- The tier caps are temporarily 13, 26 and 35.
