Addons for Healers/RVR/SC

Hello,
I would like to ask for guidance re addons that can help me heal people in RVR and SC .
When I click on a teammate I have to check that the name popped up ( meaning he is close ) , is there any addon that helps healers in anyway? Sometimes I see videos when the HP and AP are in the middle and much clearer + Bigger.
Anyone can help me?
