Can't Launch Need Help!

I've tried everything here and whenever I solve the problem that seems to be causing everything, it still says its wrong. Any help that could help me, since I am pretty new to this sort of thing. If I could do a skype call or something to walk me through from the beginning, I have been trying this for 4 hours the past 2 days and I'm getting really annoyed/ tired of it.
