Return of Reckoning

Good day,

I have followed the installation instructions and have gotten to the point where the launcher connect button greys out and nothing happens. I have repeatedly closed, opened as admin, and clicked connect to no success. I have repeatedly gone into the WAR folder and unchecked read-only and unblock, yet they immediately revert to being checked even after clicking "apply". Any ideas?

Shouldn't be offline when there's like 674 people playing right now.

It's down they're fixing bugs that came up in the last patch.
