Return of Reckoning

I was just wondering why the sorc buff (frozen touch if i'm right?) gives an awesome visual effect glow on your weapon but the BW buff (flame of rhuin?) doesn't give any.

I'm pretty sure that's the way its always been, and if so would it be possible to add a glowy effect to the BW buff? Obviously this is just cosmetic and would be last on the list of priorities but sure would be nice.

is it possible to get an placeholder effect from the server when applying FoR or is it handeld by the client?
