Return of Reckoning

Hello!
First, I want to say something to the team of developers:
Thank you so much, for reviving this awesome game!

But enough off-topic.. Here is the problem: As I discover any new part of the map, it turns complete black/white and I cannot see anything except the symbols (like cities, windmills and e.t.c.)
I've tried to find the solution, but without success.. Is there is anyone who has the same problem or already found a fix?

It's not really affecting gameplay, but still.. Is really annoying..

Sometimes the image files get corrupted. To fix it exit the game, then start the launcher and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner. From there click repair, then restart the launcher. It will go through all the game files and fix any that are messed up.
