Return of Reckoning

I just read the updated server rules and in there i found a.phtase that goes smth like: software,that gives you an advantage over others , or automizes things are forbidden. Does NB count in? it clearly makes it easier cause you can just spam one key and is therefore some sort of automization. Isnt it?
