editing game config file for better graphics?

Hey just looking to see if this is possible, and where the file would be located as I'd like to max my draw distance/that sorta stuff.

the video settings you can change ingame are the only option.
only your graphics card control center can push the graphics a bit more. (or sweet fx/reshade )
